We use Australia Post to deliver all items bought through our website. Postal charges will vary according to weight and destination location. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery.
If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified we will happily assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product.
We would ask that you contact us by email on: email@example.com or call us on 0892449559 before returning the item so that we can ascertain the problem and advise you on the best solution.
We will gladly accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging, with all pieces intact.
- The item is returned with proof of purchases e.g. receipt, order confirmation
