My name is Lorenzo Di Paola and I have been teaching for more than 25 years. I received my musical training from some of the finest musicians in Western Australia and Germany, completing both a bachelor and masters in music performance as well as an associate diploma of music with the AMEB. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in languages. I performed and taught in Europe for eleven years and have now returned to Perth where I teach in my private studio in Bedford.

I am a strong believer in inspiring students to develop a love of music, while adopting a fun, friendly and professional approach to instrumental pedagogy. I cater to my students’ needs and capabilities and aim to pass on my expertise and experience so that they can best achieve their goals during their musical journey.

I generally encourage students to have defined objectives, whether that be AMEB exam preparation or participation in informal concerts and eisteddfods.

My fees are $90/hour. Lesson length will of course depend on the student’s age and level, but is generally between 30 minutes and an hour.

I have a current Working with Children Check.
