This excellent example of a vintage German violin comes to us with a two piece, lightly flamed back and fitted with fine wooden pegs. The wood boasts a striated finish, the scroll is defined and the internal label reads ‘nach Johannes Baptist Havelar fecit Wien anno 1930’
